Given the growing need for highway tunnel maintenance in Italy and abroad, we have developed some innovative solutions for the milling of the tunnel vaults’ surface layer along the entire arch and length before restoring their coating. Reducing the time required for these interventions means reducing costs and minimizing disruptions to highway traffic. Our offerings include Jocker, a patented Laurini machine designed exclusively for the surface milling and demolition of highway tunnel vaults, and a milling attachment with a telescopic arm to be fitted to excavators.
Hydrodemolition Machines
Given the growing need for highway tunnel maintenance in Italy and abroad, we have developed an innovative solution for the hydrodemolition and hydromilling of the tunnel vaults’ surface layer. Reducing the time required for these interventions means reducing costs and minimizing disruptions to highway traffic. Our patented proposal for hydrodemolition is an electric machine designed for the surface milling and demolition of highway tunnel vaults using a 1500 bar water jet.
