The Laurini Milling Arm is a high-performance attachment specifically designed for surface demolition and milling operations in tunnels, infrastructure rehabilitation, and reinforced concrete works.
Engineered for maximum precision and stability, this milling arm transforms the excavator into a powerful and versatile milling system thanks to a Telescopic Arm with a Milling Head Capable of 360° Rotation.
Developed by Laurini Officine Meccaniche, the milling configuration integrates advanced mechanical design and hydraulic efficiency, ensuring optimal performance in concrete removal and surface profiling applications.
With its reinforced boom structure and high-torque milling head, the system guarantees exceptional productivity and control, even under heavy loads.
The arm reaches a maximum working radius of 3,990 mm and a minimum radius of 2,940 mm, with a total working torque capacity exceeding 11,700 kgm.
Its design compensates perfectly for the combined forces generated by the milling head (800 kg), operational forces up to 20,000 N, and the arm’s own structure (1,300 kg), maintaining flawless balance and safety throughout the entire working arc.
Thanks to its robust geometry and compatibility with milling heads of various type, the equipment can handle surface scarification, tunnel lining milling, and concrete reconditioning with extreme accuracy.
