EULEP – the European Learning Experience Platform,is a European initiative designed to support the development of advanced skills among professionals and companies, with a strong focus on digital transformation and artificial intelligence.

Within this framework, a project dedicated to AI for SMEs was launched to train professionals capable of applying artificial intelligence in real business contexts and to recognize the most outstanding participants.

Among those selected was Simona Pollorsi of Laurini Officine Meccaniche, who was invited to Brussels to attend the European Skills Competition conference, an event that brought together the top performers from across Europe who completed the EULEP training program.

The initiative aimed to highlight individuals who demonstrated strong capabilities in understanding and applying artificial intelligence to improve business processes. During the program, participants explored practical ways in which AI can enhance efficiency, clarity, and decision-making within companies.

For Laurini Officine Meccaniche, a company where innovation plays a key role in long-term development, this recognition represents an important milestone and reinforces its commitment to continuous improvement, technological progress, and sustainable growth.
