Designing a pressurized cabin with modular components to vary its shape and volume, for welding operations in fire-risk environments. An additional requirement was the inclusion of a forced ventilation system and sensors for detecting harmful gases.
How did we solve it?
We conducted research on suitable flame-retardant materials and Atex-certified electrical components to apply. We designed a modular system that allows for quick assembly/disassembly to vary the cabin’s dimensions, complete with all the required certifications.
