Laurini Training in Mannheim: Develon DX140DM-7
In recent days, our technicians Andrea Coletta and Federico Robuschi delivered an important training day at HD Hyundai Infracore Deutschland, at the Mannheim headquarters, addressed to the European Develon service and sales teams. It was a valuable opportunity to share directly with the European network the expertise and experience Laurini has developed in its transformations of Develon excavators.
The full-day training focused on the main features and modifications that make the DX140DM-7 an innovative machine, capable of delivering high performance despite its compact dimensions, while offering advanced technical solutions and great operational versatility.
The model covered during the course is equipped with a 16-meter demolition boom, available in either a monolithic configuration or interchangeable with the digging boom, thus ensuring flexibility according to jobsite requirements. To enhance stability and safety, the machine is also fitted with a hydraulically extendable undercarriage from 2.5 to 3.7 meters, a tilting cab to improve visibility and ergonomics during high-reach operations, and an advanced anti-overturning system, complete with an additional in-cab display.
During the morning, the training was conducted in a theoretical format, with the review and analysis of technical documentation, including: operational training on the use of the DX140 with photographs of the modifications carried out, the hydraulic schematics (monolithic and interchangeable versions), the electrical schematic, and an in-depth focus on the anti-overturning system, including the related error list.
In the afternoon, the course continued with a practical session directly on a DX140DM-7 available on site, allowing the Develon Europe team to see the applied solutions firsthand, understand their details, and discuss functional and maintenance aspects.
An initiative that once again confirms Laurini’s commitment to technical training, support for the international network, and the dissemination of advanced solutions focused on performance, safety, and reliability.
