“TRACKJET 2.0, the evolution of hydrodemolition” – Strade e Autostrade talks about us

The growing need for maintenance of highway tunnels in Italy and abroad has driven our company to develop an innovative solution for hydrodemolition and vault scarifying.
Track-jet was designed in collaboration with Mosconi S.r.l. to meet the specific requirements of the highway construction sites where our clients operate.
Thanks to its high potential and revolutionary technology, the system was subsequently patented and is now available on the international road maintenance market, with the exception of Italian territory.
Hydrodemolition is a key technique for tunnel maintenance, capable of precisely removing the damaged surface layer without compromising the underlying structures. Our Track-jet hydrodemolition machine uses a high-pressure water jet of 1500 bar, ensuring excellent results in terms of precision and safety. Moreover, it is fully electric, reducing emissions and energy costs compared to traditional machines, and its compact and maneuverable design allows operation even in confined spaces, making it ideal for tunnels with limited access.
This approach allows for targeted interventions, minimizing the impact on infrastructure and reducing overall maintenance costs.
